Refund Policy

- If you wish to cancel your booking, you can do so us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or at any time before the service provider confirms it. You will receive a full refund of the amount you paid, minus any transaction fees or taxes. You can cancel your booking by contacting our customer support team via email, phone, or chat.
- If you cancel or reschedule your service within 24 hours of the scheduled time or after service provider confirms it but before reaching your place, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or added to your rescheduled service cost. You can still reschedule your service booking for another date or time, subject to availability, but you will have to pay the difference between the original and the new amount.
- If you do not show up for your service booking or cancel it after the scheduled time, you will not receive any refund and you will forfeit the entire amount paid. You will also not be able to reschedule your service booking.
- If you are not satisfied with the service you received, you should intimate us within 48 hours of service completion you can request a partial or full refund within 14 days of the service delivery date. You will need to provide proof of the service quality, such as photos, videos, or feedback from the service provider. Our customer support team will review your request and process your refund accordingly. The refund amount will depend on the nature and extent of the service issue.
Please note that some services may have specific refund policies that differ from our general policy. These policies will be clearly stated on the service description page and in the booking confirmation email. Please read them carefully before booking a service.
- We will review your request and get back to you within 48 hours. If your request is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- We reserve the right to deny any refund request that is fraudulent, abusive, or violates our terms and conditions.
