- If you need to cancel or reschedule your service, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled time or at any time before the service provider confirms it. You can do this by phone, email or through our website., you will receive a full refund of the amount paid. You can also reschedule your service booking for another date or time, subject to availability, without any additional charge.
- If you cancel or reschedule your service within 24 hours of the scheduled time or after service provider confirms it but before reaching your place, you will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. This fee will be deducted from your refund or added to your rescheduled service cost. You can still reschedule your service booking for another date or time, subject to availability, but you will have to pay the difference between the original and the new amount.
- If you do not show up for your service booking or cancel it after the scheduled time, you will not receive any refund and you will forfeit the entire amount paid. You will also not be able to reschedule your service booking.
- If we need to cancel or reschedule your service due to unforeseen circumstances, such as weather, staff illness or equipment failure, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer you a full refund or a rescheduled service at no extra cost.
To cancel your booking, please log in to your account and go to the "My bookings" section. Select the booking you want to cancel and click on the "Cancel" button. You will receive an confirmation of your cancellation and the refund amount (if applicable).
